At Maynard Law, we specialize in providing clients with compassionate and high-quality legal services. Our founder, Michelle Maynard, brings extensive experience advising older adults and families regarding estate planning.

Prior to starting her own practice, Michelle worked at a boutique firm in Portland, Maine, where she honed her skills and passion for elder law. Michelle began her legal career as an attorney with local non-profits, including Legal Services for the Elderly, where she assisted vulnerable Maine seniors for nearly a decade. ​Michelle graduated from the University of Virginia, cum laude, and the University of Maine School of Law, cum laude. She is a member of the Elder Law Section of the Maine State Bar Association.​

A native of Topsham, Maine, Michelle looks forward to providing skilled elder law services to residents of the Midcoast. When Michelle is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family at Sebago Lake.
